The little diaphragm was easily reseated as I took boothe sides of the pump apart and used a pair of blunt ended rubber pens (for my palm pilot) to position the rubber piece and then to press the little nipple into the metal disc. So far it started 50+ times at the MSF class without more than two clicks! It used to clater for a good 2-3 seconds at each start up! Thanks for the advice. I think the vent spill guard is what was clogged and have one on order for next week. -- Arnold Smith '85 V-Max "Mallory"
