roads I really like are the west sloop of Bighorn Mts on alt 14 in Wyoming its very steep grade, very tight switch backs thou the road surface is a little ruff, its still a blast to ride, traffic is usually light cars and campers have trouble with overheating. At the top you are near 10,000 feet . other roads in the area are all so fun to ride. Bear tooth pass , highway 212 out of Red Lodge, Montana is a 30 mile climb to the pass at close to 11,000 feet with lots of tight turns, road surface is good and traffic can be heavy but was light the last time I was there in aug 98. At the top you can stop and go for a walk in the snow. part of the ride you will be above the tree line and temps can be cool.. Off hwy 212 on to 296 all so in Wyiming is the chief Joseph hwy It is all so a nice ride lots of twists and turns an a very good road surface, traffic was light. Don 581 in North Dakota
