Did you look on the other side of the road, past Applejacks? There's a barbecue place there that Eric Bong and I ended up at last time we went on a Friday lunch ride. It was nice in back, with seating on a deck overlooking a small gully with a stream running through it. Food was unexceptional, but palatable.
