Here are some of the events we did: 4X4 race 4 people strapped to 2 2X4's the race is run in heats of 2 and obviously the first team across the line wins. Slow Race Also run in heats of 2, The last person to cross the finish line without putting his feet on the ground ( this is a fun one) Bottle Poke: A line of about 10 beer bottles spaced about 3 feet apart, a rider and a passenger, the passenger must put as many straws as possibel in the beer bottles, the driver can't place his feet on the ground Weenie bite hot dog and mustard I'm sure you all know the rest Tug of war: Plain and simple tug of war Arm wrestling well... Balloon Toss: Wood frame about 7-8 feet tall a 2X4 layed across the top with nails in it. Passenger must toss a water balloon ober the 2X4 and then catch it When I have more time I'll explain the best one!! TIRE PULL!!! Robb ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 21 Sep 1999 21:07:45 -0500 From: "Bruce Trimble" Subject: Re: Vmax VMAX Games Subject: Re: Vmax VMAX Games > Slow Race > Also run in heats of 2, The last person to cross the finish line without > putting his feet on the ground ( this is a fun one) yes that one is a fun game we had a club at work that had a hog roast every year and this was one of the events one year I took first place in this event just turn the idle up alittle bit bump the clutch balance as long as u can then bump forward again the guys I was with rolled their bikes the whole way instead of stopping like I did they all finished and I was only half way the ref. of the game yelled at me for showing off ha ha and told me it was over to come on ha h a another great game is the beer or coke can stack take a 55 gal drum and as u ride by u have to stack cans on top of each other start off with one on the drum then u try to stack a 2nd one on it if they fall over u are out or put a foot down of the game and u do this until only one guy is left again I must brag and tell that I won this one too I did 4 cans if u play this game tell me how many went to 4 cans now this game is hard to do because if u put your foot down your out u have to use your throttle hand again turning up the idle screw u need back brake and clutch if u feel like falling or putting foot down bump it forward and then hold with rear brake with the idle up no need to throttle and u shouldn't kill the motor here's a game we played too the boot game u take off one boot and throw it in a pile the pile is made of straw so u can't find them u have to run over find your boot put it on start up your bike and ride it across the finish line I lost this game big time because some "chump" found my boot and gave it a big toss over his shoulder and I didn't see that so the whole time I was still digging in the pile DOH! another game was find your bike put on blind folds walk a distance to a row of bikes put the key in and start it if the key doesn't fit u better find another bike again a loser at this game seems some of the guys could see threw their blind folds we have a picture of it me and others are walking like frankinstien and 4 or 5 guys are in a dead run now tell me if u could see and know there was thousands of dollars of bikes if front of u would u be running I think not then the obstacle course this starts out with a 6 or 7 foot 2" by 12" board and a car spare tire u know like a ramp titter totter u ride over the board and tire all of this is being timed too incase there is a tie on points 5 points for each thing u do u have a passenger too they have 2 clothes pins with them and a bicycle tire u ride around a coffee can and they have to drop the pin in the can then u ride by a broom stick handle in the ground and they have to throw the tire over the broom handle then by yet another coffee can for the last pin then hurry and head for finish line remember this is timed so not only do u need to make all points u need the best time too have fun guys
