It's really easy, less complicated than you think.

1. Use BIG wrench to take bar ends off.  (don't bother with the
phillips screw in the ends)

2. Take little plastic cap off of the other ends of the bars with small
pointy object.  Ice pick, small screwdriver.

3. Take left grip off.  Blow air into it, use small thin object to
pry it loose.  No need to cut it off.

4. Loosen all switch pods, brake & clutch reserviors.

5. Loosen bars by taking out the allen bolts that were covered
by the plastic caps.

6. Remove the bars, then slide the pods off them.

7. Reverse process with the heli-bars.
