They make, among other wonderful cold and warm weather garments, a glove called Lobster Gloves which are like mittens with a split between the middle and ring fingers and a thin divider between the fingers that share compartments (for comfort), and leather palms. I love them! I wear them all the time: riding, biking, walking around. I did discover that I was a three fingered braker and had to adjust, but that wasn't hard. They make two or three versions for different temperatures and waterproof/windproof. Check your local bicycle shop for these. I've been wearing mine for two or three winters and they're still perfect. tyler tduston@sram.com
