Mime-Version: 1.0 X-Sender: bjk7@pop.erols.com X-Listprocessor-Version: 8.0 -- ListProcessor(tm) by CREN My message last week mentioned the 50mph winds outside I could hear whipping the cover on my bike all night. The bike stayed up all night and I didn't think anything of it . . . until I took off the cover. Three days before, I bought a new Dow cover, padlocked it on the bike (My OSI was stolen last fall) after spending an entire afternoon washing, waxing, and polishing the bike. Three days later when I removed the cover in the daylight, AGHHHHHHHHHHH! The cover/50mph winds acted like sandpaper! The back across the tail went down to the fiberglass. The High gloss on the left mirror, left side of the gas tank, and left rear panel are down to a dull green (the high gloss shine is gone). Back to the paint shop... Brian Kearney '93 GTS Was shiney Green The only thing good was the damage was just to the paint job.
