Louis, You can still get the Yamaha one if you really want it. The company that makes it is called Caltrend and they are in CA. I've got the info at home so if you like I'll try to find it and post it to the list. They made all of the accessories which included the tank bra (which only covers the belt buckle area and top of the tank not the side where the knees are where you really need it), the front fairing cover, lower cowl cover and the mirror covers (Mike Coan calls the "ear muffs"). Nope, no front fender cover I know of. If you call the Yamaha Customer Service line in CA. they will give you the company name and address and number. I did this a while back and they said they would make them for me if I wanted them. I opted to make my own tank bra that covers the belt buckle area and the knee area and doesn't cover the tank fill cover or glove box. Let me know if you want the info on Caltrends posted. Bob I found the number for Caltrend Inc. 714/361-5566 Tell them you got the number from Yamaha Customer Service since Yamaha no longer sells the parts. There is one guy you need to talk to but I didn't have his name on the note I found, they were the manufacturer's for Yamaha though and still have the patterns. Louis, Caltrend Inc. in San Clemente, California made all of the various bras for the GTS 1000 and still have all of the "templates" for the tank, farings (lower/upper) ect. from their original contract with Yamaha USA.. Just call them at 714-361-5566 and talk to Rob. Address is 1040 Calle Negocio, San Clemente, CA. I had them make me one for approx. $49.00. Their template originally had a pocket on the bra near the "belt buckle" area. I didn't think it look good with a pocket, so I had them delete the pocket. "Yamaha" is embossed across the bra and is vertually like the originals which they made for Yamaha in 1993/4. Best Regards, Doug McLeod... P.S. The bra attaches in the front with a clip just below the headset on the "pseudo tank" in the center and with velco between the front of the seat and lower "pseudo tank" back. This facilitates getting to the "glove box" and fuel areas by uncliping the bra in the front...
